This unique perspective is invaluable in diagnosing and resolving destructive and costly organizational conflicts. I am an accredited member of the BC Human Resources Management Association and have carried the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional since the inception of the program.
I believe that all people, regardless of their position, have the right to maintain their dignity at all times and are entitled to be treated with respect. My perspective is a result of many years spent on both the Union and Management sides of the table as well as exposure to many industries in both Public and Private sectors.
Whether you talk to the employees of the places I have been, Union officials, subordinates or superiors, they will concur that I embody these attributes. I use humor, at times self-deprecating, to diffuse situations and create a relaxed and agreeable environment in which to solve problems.
